Alan Alexander Milne 18 January 1882 – 31 January 1956) was an English author, best known for his books about the teddy bear Winnie-the-Pooh and for various poems. Milne was a noted writer, primarily as a playwright, before the huge success of Pooh overshadowed all his previous work.
It does not seem two minutes since I was here doing a monthly wrap-up and now I'm back to wrap-up March. Wowser! Spring has sprung, lambs are being born, the ducks at our local fishing lake have suddenly got romantic aspirations.
I have been promising this post for a little while. A few weeks ago I reviewed Rules for Perfect Murders by Peter Swanson. I loved this book namely because it was set in a bookshop, at Christmas and was about crime fiction.
